Hello, there! I think you are new here.
Before starting our journey, let me introduce myself.
My name is Viola, but I'm Purpleisweird on social media. As my username suggests, I like to think I'm weird, out of the box. And I have a hint you might be just like me.
I'm a full-time dreamer and a part-time creator.
They say we can only succeed on the internet if we have a niche, I say that it would be an insult to limit myself to a specific field.
Labels never fit me and never will.
My website reflects the big mess my head is, and I hope you will feel at home here.
I can't wait to share my life with you, and I hope you will share yours too in the comments.
Enough talking, on board!

How to get rid of wrinkles around the eyes naturally

The skin around the eye is very delicate and sensitive; it needs daily moisturization to prevent wrinkles.

  • Castor Oil

Castor oil is one of the oldest remedies for wrinkles. Since skin usually takes a lot of time to absorb it (from 20 to 30 minute) apply a small quantity of it around the eyes and massage gently.

I’m currently using this one by Sky Organics available on Amazon which is organic and cold pressed.

  • Coconut Oil

Coconut oil contains vitamin E and antioxidants and it is amazing not only for wrinkles but also for protecting the skin from UV rays and preventing dark spots. Apply it daily at night, before going to bed. Use organic and pressed cold oil for better results.

  • Olive Oil

Olive oil is the perfect oil to prevent wrinkles on every part of the body’s skin since it contains oleic acid and polyphenol as well as vitamins B and D. Always use organic extra virgin cold pressed and massage it around the eyes every night.

  • Wet Tea Bags

Drinking tea is excellent for your health but once you drank your cup of tea you can use the bags for your eyes. Put them in the refrigerator and wait a few hours. Once they are cold you can apply them to your eyes. This method is also very good for puffy eyes since coldness is great for blood circulation.

  • Cold spoons or glace cubes

The night before put two spoons in your refrigerator. The next morning, as soon as you wake up, place the spoons under your eyes. You can do the same with glace cubes or you can also use a eye gel mask.

Here is the one I’m using: Gel eyes mask by Fitglam available on Amazon

  • Facial exercise

It could be too abstract to explain it in words so I will place here the links of the two YouTube channels that taught me how to do facial exercise that really works.

The first channel is The Vitalist and here is the link of a specific video about facial exercise for eye wrinkles: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjauFjStAok

The second YouTube channel is Face Yoga Method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWhozrgfwv0

Don’t forget to stay hydrated and avoid sun exposure without any protection for your skin. Also sleep at least 7 hours and eat well. Wrinkles can be genetic and yes, with age our skin changes but if you have a healthy and happy life you can have a very good skin no matter how old you are.

Did you use one of these method? Did it work for you? Don’t hesitate to suggest to me the brands you love. ❁

I have lots of hack and tips for wrinkles so keep an eye out for my next beauty post.
